Since the announcement of a strike on the Mollie Kathleen property, on Womack hill, just east of Cripple Creek, the strike has been examined by several mining men, who declare it is one of the best and richest opened up in the north end of the district in some time.

Mollie Kathleen.—This property adjoins the El Paso Gold King in Poverty gulch, and is being worked under lease by the Creston Big H. company, composed of Iowa people.

This vein carries a pay streak thirty inches in width, the lowest assays from which are said to be $52 to the ton. The ore is heavily impregnated with sylvanite. The remainder of the vein is said to carry good values.
