GLENWOOD SPRINGS (View No. 24),
altitude 5,793 feet, located on the Grand river and almost completely surrounded by mountains, is a most beautiful and popular summer resort.

It takes its name from the wonderful natural hot sulphur springs, which afford all-the-year bathing in an outdoor pool, and the celebrated vapor caves, justly famous for the marvelous cures brought about by their use.
