This view is from the Laboratory's inside, I think it was a separate structure just north of the huge Economic Mill that once stood in Eclipse Gulch, located on the west slope of Squaw Mountain. This was a Chlorination type of mill, sadly not a very economic process it turned out for Cripple Creek ores.
The lab structure I think is the one that is near the bottom of the gulch, as seen with two smokestacks near bottom right of the image of the mill it self a few images back.
