This view is taken along the Low Line roadbed, between Anaconda & Cripple Creek, near what was known as Alamo Junction, which can been seen in the background where a spur is heading up towards a mine on Gold Hill known as the Index Mine.

The Trolley is M-105 and it appears to be going towards the photographer soon to head into a large cut on its way to Cripple Creek. The mainline of the Short Line should be visible up on the hill, but the quality is sadly not good enough to point it out.

The Alamo Mien which gave the junction its name is just outside the view at right, while several mines can been seen up on Gold Hill.
