Round-Up of the Antlered Herd, Colorado, July 1906 - O'er Canon and Crag to the Land of Gold
This is an old souvenir brochure, published in July 1906 in relationship to a Annual Meeting of the Elks in Denver. There are many views along the Short Line in Black & White, but also a few scenes in regards to the Elks House in Colorado Springs. Also includes some images from a earlier Elks trip in 1905.
It's about the trip along The Short Line (Colorado Springs & Cripple Creek District Railway, C.S. & C.C.D. Ry.), but while there are no images, there are some text regarding the Cripple Creek District.
I hope you enjoy these pictures, it was a joy when I got this years back, and I love that I am able to share it here for all to see/find :-)
