Another very often used view from the Cripple Creek District, taken from south east on Bull Hill towards Victor Pass and the mining operations beyond the now reduced Independence Town site in about middle of the image extending uphill towards your left. Vindicator No. 1 at the cross and Vindicator No. 2 - the whitish single shaft house far left - is seen, together with the large red colored shaft house of the Lillie/Lilly/Lily Mine just right of the Vindicator No. 1 mine. This structures of the Lillie was later used as an experimental Mill for the Vindicator mine. The smaller mine in the foreground is an unidentified mine.
