This prospect/prospectus came with a Stock Certificate dated December 7, 1894 and the paper itself talks about the year 1894 production as if it has not happen yet, making dating this paper to sometime in 1894. Paper is stapled at the top and has a total of 8-pages but only the front and two more pages has anything of value, rest is empty space or backside of the other texts.

The album consist of both the Prospectus of 3-text pages prospect for The Waconda Gold Mining Company, and has a image on the front paper of the town of Cripple Creek. There are no map, but a list of the claims are in the text and the location is given to be on Globe Hill.
