History of Midland Terminal and Early Days of Cripple Creek

   This is an old brochure/folder with unknown date. Most likely it's from 1916, but
I can't guarantee it.
  It tells the story of the Midland Terminal, and the early Cripple Creek, and seems
to be in good shape. The only pictures are on the front and back side, showing an
underground scene and a cage scene.
