The Maria A. Gold Mining Co. belongs on a selected list, by no means complete, of low-priced Cripple Creek stocks, with the latest published information as to location, acreage, capitalization, and approximate present price being: Raven Hill, Cripple Creek; seven acres; capital, 1,250,000 shares; par value, $1; stock in treasury, 249,000; price, 4¼ cents.
The low-priced stocks are usually sold in "board lots" of not less than 1,000 shares. Smaller lots are also not readily salable. Shares in the Royalty can be obtained in lots of not less than 500.

DENVER, COLORADO—An 18-month lease, with royalties graded from 15% upward, has been secured by Haas & Meyers on the Maria A., on Raven hill. The lessees have begun to retimber the shaft.

Stockholders of the Maria A. Gold Mining Co. have received notice that the Bogart Mining Co. has been organized in Wyoming to take over the Maria property.

Maria A—Stockholders have received notice that the Bogart Mining Company has been organized in Wyoming with a capitalization of 2,500,000 shares, to take over the Maria property.
The new company will take care of all debts of the old company and stock may be exchanged share for share upon payment of $3 for every thousand shares exchanged.

The Maria A. lode mining claim, situated north of the Joe Dandy, on Raven hill, was sold to Hildreth Frost in consideration of $2,751.11.
