General notes:
Info appearing in a publication by Woods Investment Co., named 'The Cripple Creek Mining District. 1900-1901' say on page 10 in a text taken from a source named 'Gazette' that the company is operating on block 14 of the Cameron townsite. But the 1903ish USGS topomap marks their shaft partly outside that townsite in south, and either way, that part of the Cameron town is also the area the Pinnacle Park is located in, and looking at claim Plat Maps the area of the Elsmere Shaft looks to be on the Flying Cloud Lode claim, but might also be on the Royal Age Lode claim, very hard to figure that part out from the info I have access to as of Nov. 12, 2025.
