General notes:
Plat Map is real interesting as it shows West Beaver creek running through the site, in addition to roads and a office building, a Blacksmith shop and the Summit Stamp mill!! :-) Later this site is to be connected with the Midland Terminal mainline at Gillett via a spur from their Wye at the yard area, and that makes this mill-site also the location of the various 'Gillett Mill' editions...
