The Discovery Shaft is shown almost at the north end of the claim, with a second Shaft further south almost at the S.E corner of the American Eagle No. 2. There is also a third Shaft and a fourth Shaft down south where the fourth shaft has a Shaft House drawn in, in ground that is not marked as Pikes Peak ground in this map, but which is marked as Pikes Peak ground in the claim Plat of the pikes Peak lode… Same area is also crossed by the Garfield lode, not sure which ground is who's thought…
