      General notes:
Plat Map shows a claim broken up in 4-pieces, the largest in S.E. holds the Discovery Shaft and two close-by each other two Shafts with a Crosscut between them. Also the location on the 1903 USGS of a mine structure that most likely is the Working Shaft of this mine operation.
graphic for visual presentation of text The N.W. small ground has a Tunnel drawn in, and that location fits the 1903 USGS maps marked Alpha Tunnel. The mainline of the M.T. runs through much of the claim in the lost ground area and passes the corner of the main ground area in S.E., where the 1903 USGS map also indicates a spur exist.
