FAUNTLEROY COMPANY ORGANIZE.

The Fauntleroy Gold Mining company has been formally organized in the office of Reed and Hamlin in Colorado Springs by electing the following officers: Verner Z. Reed, president; C. C. Hamlin, vice president; O. H. Shoup, secretary and treasurer. These gentlemen, together with Frank J. Campbell, secretary and general manager of the Vindicator mine, and Judge A. T. Gunnel, compose the directors.

The company owns the Little Lord Fauntleroy and part of the Princetta claim, adjoining the Anaconda and within 600 feet of the Mary McKinney mine; also the Garfield on Mineral hill and the Mary D. south of Victor.

A leasing company has been formed to work the Prinseti properties, which include a large number of claims in the Cripple Creek district. The life of the lease is three years. Operations will be started soon, and will be carried on through the Moffat tunnel under Gold hill.
