Victor Record writes; Engineer—The Engineer, situated between Raven and Beacon hills, and owned by the Currency company, is now being worked by Nicks & Surber under lease. They have made several small shipments that paid expenses. Now, at a depth of sixty feet in the shaft, the pay streak is six inches, and assays without sorting from $35 to $50 per ton.
