    This map is interesting only as it has some of the structures making up an area of Poverty Gulch just east of Cripple Creek townsite, together with other claims of this area it helps build an snapshot of this around 1894 when the map was surveyed.
    graphic for visual presentation of text As far as I can tell, the Midland Sampler is located upon this claim's ground, but of course, way to early to be shown in this map. What can be seen is the Discovery shaft, a couple more shafts and then in the more eastern part, several houses and cabins, pretty cool I think!
