Lady Locelia to Get Steam Plant Work is being vigorously pushed on the Lady Locelia on Mineral Hill, owned by the Pennsylvania and Washington company. There are driven 200 feet of shafts and drifts on this property. The whim used here is to be moved to the Two Jims, and a steam plant erected on the Lady Locelia.
