DENVER, COLORADO.—The United States Reduction & Refining Co. has been awarded $60,000 in its suit against the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad Co. The suit, claiming $250,000 damages, was instituted as a result of the burning of the reduction company's National mill at Florence two years ago, the mill being set on fire by sparks from a passing engine.
