GOOD SALE
Little Leota.
A transfer of the $30,000 bond and lease on the Little Leota on Bull hill, 600 feet northwest of the Victor mine, was made yesterday through Rice & Ish from A. J. Hagg to Max Strauss of Baltimore, who paid a bonus of $10,000. The property belonged to the Uncle Sam Mining company. The lease has still sixteen months to run.

Little Leota to Drift More
The contract for 50 feet of drifting, let by lessees on the little Leota of the Uncle Sam Mining and Milling company, has just been completed. The drift is now 100 feet from the shaft, and at a depth of 150 feet from the surface.
