graphic for visual presentation of text By virtue of the writ of execution and fee bid issued out of the district court of Arapahoe county, Colorado, to me as sheriff of Teller county, directed, in favor of G. S. Mackenzie against the Finance Gold Mining Company, whereby I am commanded to make the sum of eight hundred and eighty-five and forty-eight hundredths ($885.48) dollars damages, and the further sum of seven and ninety hundredths ($7.90) dollars costs, and the said G. S. Mackenzie having redeemed from a previous execution sale by virtue of an execution issued out of said court in favor of the Chicago Lumber company against said The Finance Gold Mining Company and having paid for such redemption the sum of two hundred seventy-seven and seventy hundredths [$277.70) dollars, I have levied upon and taken in execution all the right, title and interest of said defendant The Finance Gold Mining Company in and to the following described real estate and mining claims situate in Cripple Creek mining district, Teller county, Colorado, viz.:
