SHERIFF'S SALE.
By virtue of the writ of execution and fee bid issued out of the district court of Arapahoe county, Colorado, to me as sheriff of Teller county, directed, in favor of G. S. Mackenzie against the Finance Gold Mining Company, whereby I am commanded to make the sum of eight hundred and eighty-five and forty-eight hundredths ($885.48) dollars damages, and the further sum of seven and ninety hundredths ($7.90) dollars costs, and the said G. S. Mackenzie having redeemed from a previous execution sale by virtue of an execution issued out of said court in favor of the Chicago Lumber company against said The Finance Gold Mining Company and having paid for such redemption the sum of two hundred seventy-seven and seventy hundredths [$277.70) dollars, I have levied upon and taken in execution all the right, title and interest of said defendant The Finance Gold Mining Company in and to the following described real estate and mining claims situate in Cripple Creek mining district, Teller county, Colorado, viz.:
Survey No. 10534, Florence Nightingale lode mining claim described as follows, viz.: Beginning at corner No. 1, a porphyry stone 20x4x7 inches, set 18 inches in the ground, chiseled "1—10534" whence NW corner of Sec. 18, T.15, S. R.69 W. of 6th P. Also Survey No. 10303, Mamie Adams lode mining claim, as the same is described in the patent therefor issued to The Finance Gold Mining Company by the United States, said patent being General Land Office No. 27689 and Mineral Certificate No. 982.
Also all the right, title and interest of The Finance Gold Mining Company in and to that part of said Grover Cleveland lode mining claim in conflict with the Nest Egg lode mining claim as described in and according to the terms and provisions of a certain contract, dated December 4th, 1895, between the owners of said Nest Egg claim and the then owners of said Grover Cleveland claim, said contract being recorded in book 229 at page 33 of the records in the office of the clerk and recorder of El Paso county, Colorado, and having been duly assigned to said The Finance Gold Mining Company.
Also all the right title and interest of The Finance Gold Mining Company in and to those parts of the said Florence Nightingale and Robinson Crusoe claims, in conflict with the Blue Bird lode mining claim, as described in and according to the terms and provisions of a certain contract dated May 14th, 1894, between the owners of said Blue Bird claim and the then owners of said Florence Nightingale and Robinson Crusoe claims said contract being recorded in book 229 at page 30 of said El Paso county records, and having been duly assigned to The Finance Gold Mining Company.
All of which I will offer for sale at public auction on Tuesday the 10th day of October, A. D. 1899, at the hour of ten o'clock a. m. at the front door of the county court room, in the said Cripple Creek, county of Teller and state of Colorado, to the highest and best bidder for cash.
