Waconda, The Gift & the R. and C. Lodes on Tenderfoot Has a Lease & Bond J. K. Miller has secured a lease and bond on the Conda and the R. M. C. and the Gift lodes on Tenderfoot hill. They are putting a shaft down on the Conda on a contact between granite and porphyry. One of the conditions of the lease is he must patent all the properties. There will be considerable adverse litigation in the process.
