Adds to Its Possessions on Bull Hill.
The Damon company yesterday closed up the deal whereby the Diamond and Temple lodes become a part of this company’s holdings, thus adding about eight acres more to the fourteen acres already owned. This gives the company twenty-two acres of patented ground in a rich locality on the north slope of Bull hill, All the adverse litigation has reached a settlement and the Damon is preparing to get some money in the treasury and make a liberal outlay for development.

Ans.: The Damon Gold Mining Company, 2,000,000 shares, owns about 20 acres on Bull Hill, and is also a shipper. Stock quoted on January 19 at 29¼ to 29⅝ cents.
It is regarded in Colorado as meritorious stocks, and is being purchased at current prices by local parties personally familiar with the Cripple Creek district. With the expected advance along the whole line of Cripple Creek stocks following any calming down of financial disturbance at the eastern and European money centres, the stocks will advance also, irrespective of any special impetus from the discovery of new rich ore bodies.

Damon Gold Mining Company.—This company, which owns about 20 acres of ground on Bull Hill, has granted a lease to Vickers and Sturtevant, of Colorado Springs, a lease on that portion of their property adjoining the Wild Horse. The lease runs for 18 months and calls for 18% royalties.
