Easter Bell Mining and Milling Company.—The entire capitalization has been purchased by Mr. Sweeny of Cripple Creek and others. The deal, it is stated, involves $100,000.

The property includes the Hawkeye No. 1, Hawkeye No. 2, Easter Bell, Burlington, and Yellow Jacket claims near the Victor Mine. It is under stood that the new company will at once commence a large amount of development work.
