PUBLICATION NOTICE.
State of Colorado, Teller county, ss. County court of Teller county.
To the March term, A. D. 1900.
George C. Blakey, as administrator of the estate of John Margner, deceased, vs. Franz Margner and the unknown heirs of John Margner, deceased, defendants.—Petition to sell real estate to pay debts.
Affidavit of the non-residence of Franz Margner, and that other defendants cannot be found, if any, having been filed in the office of the Judge of the county court of Teller county, notice is hereby given to the above named defendants and those not known that the said plaintiff, George C. Blakey, as administrator of the estate of John Margner, deceased, has filed his petition in the said county court of Teller county, for an order to sell the premises belonging to the estate of said deceased, or so much of it as may be needed to pay the debts of said deceased, and described as follows, to-wit:
An undivided one-half interest in an unpatented mining claim, known as the Martha A. lode claim, and located on Lincoln Hill, Cripple Creek mining district, Colorado, location certificate of which is recorded in Book 2 at page 52 of the records in the office of the county clerk and recorder of El Paso county, Colorado, and that a summons has been issued out of this court against you, returnable at the March term, A. D. 1900, of said court, to be holden on the first Monday of March. A. D. 1900, at the county court house in Cripple Creek, in Teller county, Colorado.
Now, unless you, the said defendants, shall personally be and appear before said county court of Teller county on the first day of the term thereof, to be holden at Cripple Creek, in said county, on the first Monday of March, 1900, and plead, answer or demur to the said complainant's petition filed therein, the same and the matters and things therein charged and stated will be taken as confessed, and a decree entered against you according to the prayer of said bill.
Witness, A. Royal, Jr., clerk of the county court, in and for the said county of Teller, at his office in Cripple Creek, Colo., this 2d day of February. A. D. 1900, and the seal of said court hereunto affixed.
