graphic for visual presentation of text By virtue of an execution issued out of the clerk's office of the district court of Teller county and state of Colorado, and to me directed, whereby I am commanded to make the sum of one hundred and ninety-eight and ninety one hundredths dollars ($198.90) and costs of suit, the amount of a certain judgment recently obtained against J. S. Palmer in favor of James Fox out of the lands, tenements, and chattels of the said J. S. Palmer, I have levied on the following property to-wit:

Palmer in and to the above described property, on Friday, the second day of March, 1900, at 10 o'clock a. m., at the south front door of the sheriff's office in the city of Cripple Creek, Teller county, Colorado.
