SHERIFF'S SALE.
By virtue of an execution issued out of the clerk's office of the district court of Teller county and state of Colorado, and to me directed, whereby I am commanded to make the sum of one hundred and ninety-eight and ninety one hundredths dollars ($198.90) and costs of suit, the amount of a certain judgment recently obtained against J. S. Palmer in favor of James Fox out of the lands, tenements, and chattels of the said J. S. Palmer, I have levied on the following property to-wit:
All the right, title and interest of J. S. Palmer of in and to the Newman lode mining claim, location certificate of which is recorded in book 5, page 129, of the records of El Paso county, Colorado
and all the right, title and interest of J. S. Palmer of, in and to the Handy Andy lode mining claim, the location certificate of which is recorded in book 5, page 128, of the records of El Paso county, Colorado, all situated in the Cripple Creek district, Teller county, Colorado.
Therefore, according to said command, I shall expose for sale, at public auction, all the right, title and interest of the above named J. S. Palmer in and to the above described property, on Friday, the second day of March, 1900, at 10 o'clock a. m., at the south front door of the sheriff's office in the city of Cripple Creek, Teller county, Colorado.
