Jerry Johnson Lessee Dahl Developes Great Orebody
Denver.—Lessee Henry Dahl has developed in the Jerry Johnson a vein showing a thickness of 10 to 12 ft. at two points 200 ft. apart and having a width estimated at possibly 600 ft.—depth unknown. This is by far the most phenomenal exposure in the history of the district.
graphic for visual presentation of text One car of material shipped brought $69 per ton, and receipts from other consignments ran from that figure up to $117, the average being $85. This shoot is an entirely new find and was encountered about 170 ft. east of the main shaft in a phonolite dike.
