SHERIFF'S SALE.
By virtue of special execution issued out of the clerk's office of the county court of Teller county and state of Colorado, and to me directed, whereby I am commanded to make the sum of Four Hundred thirty-nine and 78-100 dollars ($439.78) and cost of suit, the amount of a certain judgment recently obtained against Edward D. Dickson in favor of C. G. Greenwood out of the lands, tenements, goods and chattels of the said Edward D. Dickson, I have levied on the following property to-wit:
All the right, title and interest of Edward D. Dickson of in and to the Shenandoah, Logonda, Takama, Chautauqua, Seneca, India, Tonawanda and Gowanda lode mining claims, U.S. survey No. 10744, situate lying and being in the Cripple Creek mining district, county of Teller (formerly county of Fremont), state of Colorado; also upon all the right, title and interest of the said Edward D. Dickson of in and to the Alpha and Omega lode mining claims, U.S. survey No. 10742, situate in the Cripple Creek Mining district, county of Teller (formerly county of Fremont), state of Colorado.
Therefore, according to said command, I shall expose for sale, at public auction, all the right, title and interest of the above named Edward D. Dickson in and to the above described property, on Wednesday, the eight day of November, 1899, at 10 o'clock a.m, at the south front door of the sheriff's office in Cripple Creek, county of Teller and state of Colorado.
