graphic for visual presentation of text By virtue of special execution issued out of the clerk's office of the county court of Teller county and state of Colorado, and to me directed, whereby I am commanded to make the sum of Four Hundred thirty-nine and 78-100 dollars ($439.78) and cost of suit, the amount of a certain judgment recently obtained against Edward D. Dickson in favor of C. G. Greenwood out of the lands, tenements, goods and chattels of the said Edward D. Dickson, I have levied on the following property to-wit:

Dickson of in and to the Alpha and Omega lode mining claims, U.S. survey No. 10742, situate in the Cripple Creek Mining district, county of Teller (formerly county of Fremont), state of Colorado.
