      Information in the 1900 Hill's Official Manual book gave the location date, and the large map from that book also tells that the portal area cover an area on the MS-10172 Pole Star lode claim.
      graphic for visual presentation of text This colored area, shown on page 374 in said book, and also as a colored part on the largemap from that book, but it is not shown as a claim anywhere, so how a Tunnel Site is defined, I do not know.
      graphic for visual presentation of text There are two Adit markings on the 1903ish USGS topomap not many feet away, at this date, 23.06.2024, which might change to fit even closer as I continue twist and turn that map to fit known locations as the map is drawn in different way then the maps showing claim lines and so on.
      graphic for visual presentation of text Tunnel enters from north side of Tenderfoot and is on the Hill's Map drawn to the end at the north sideline of the MS-12049 Buster lode claim where it crosses the MS-8377 Friday lode claim and is just west of the Discovery Shaft on the Friday claim.
