      Plat Map is boring, too early for any railroads to show up. Lode claim is broken up into two parts, where the Discovery Shaft is in the southern part. There is a Shaft marking on the 1903ish USGS topomap closely fitting the location of the Disc. Shaft, presumable it is the same shaft.
